Field Sales
Our Salesforce colleagues are a talented bunch of Business Development Managers, National Account managers, Regional Account Managers and Sales Executives. Armed with the latest technology to pinpoint sales opportunities and deliver tailored, bespoke solutions, our salesforce are at the heart of growing our business and providing excellence to their customers
Drivers
Our drivers are the people who make it happen for our customers! Come rain or shine they are out there on the road delivering everything our customers need. Our drivers are the face of Brakes and their customer service is second to none, delivering with care and pride and sorting out any issues along the way.
Warehouse Operatives
Our warehouse operatives are our hidden superstars – working around the clock to ensure that our customers’ orders are picked to perfection and loaded on to our trucks ready for our drivers every morning. It’s all about team work in our depots, and our warehouse operatives are a great team to be a part of!
Logistics and Transport Operations
From Depot Managers to Planners, Transport Managers to Team Leaders, Operations Admin to Stock Controllers and everything in between; if you are looking for a challenging and exciting logistics career then these are the roles for you! Along with their day job, our Logistics and Transport Operations teams identify opportunities to improve service, enhance processes and keep our network moving efficiently. And our senior managers within operations don’t just focus on a great working environment and outstanding service, they run the business side of things too - controlling costs, managing budgets and driving efficiency, whilst supporting, training and developing their teams.
Call Centre, Customer Care and Telesales
Our Call centres are a real hive of activity, housing our fabulous customer care and telesales teams. From taking orders in telesales to setting up new accounts, from giving advice and support in customer care to fixing any issues along the way, if you strive for excellence in all that you do, love working as part of a team and always look for ways to enrich the customer experience, then these are the roles for you!
Product development, Chefs and food team
Our product and food teams spend plenty of time both in and out of the kitchen ensuring that our product offer is ahead of the game, bang on trend and seasonal too! Along with costings, legal compliance and sustainability, they ensure that our customers have all the allergen and nutritional info they need. Our product development and food team colleagues also love to show off their skills and our fantastic products at customer demonstrations, trade shows and company events.

Our Head Offices in Ashford, Kent and London’s Covent Garden, are where the behind-the-scenes magic happens! We have talented teams of professionals in all divisions from HR to Procurement, Marketing to Finance and everything in between! Our Head Office colleagues are a central hub of knowledge, on hand to support our operational teams in every way possible, so that they can focus on what they do best – ensuring service excellence and putting our customers at the heart of all we do
